Why Social Studies?
Social Studies is the interdisciplinary study of citizenship and government, economics, geography, history, and other disciplines in the social sciences and humanities in which students develop the content, concepts, and skills necessary to be informed and engaged citizens in the global world.

Minnesota History Pass
Students did receive their Minnesota History Pass. This pass will allow your child free admission to Minnesota Historical Society sites and museums.

To access the Northern Lights Interactive eBook at home, please see the instructions in a PDF file on Schoology.
The eBook username and password can not be displayed on a public website due to licensing reasons.
Students will have the option to check out a textbook from Mr. Gardell. Textbooks will be distributed to students on Tuesday, September 24.
After September 24, students will need to check out a textbook from Mr. Gardell before or after school.
